Ayodeji Ibukun

Ayo is a former Principal Instrumentation Engineer at an International Oil & Gas company working in different engineering and project management capacities before moving to Stillwater, Oklahoma for his postgraduate studies in 2012. Since then, he has completed two Masters Degrees both in International Studies and Telecommunications Management respectively.

He is currently working as a graduate research associate on the Spotty Rain Campaign Project while pursuing a PhD Degree in the Educational Technology program from the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. He is the current Secretary and the GPSGA Liaison Officer of the Educational Media and Technology Student Association (EMTSA).

His research interests are linked to several areas in educational technology which include but not limited to design and development of educational applications, integrating technology into early childhood education through mobile learning and 3D-Printing technology, collaborative community science education, performance improvement technology, and internet of things in education.

He is excited about joining the GSA as the Division of Emerging Learning Technologies Representative.
