Study Title: Pedagogical Challenges for Professors in Flipped Classroom

The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions of higher education instructors who have taught using a flipped classroom approach for at least three semesters including Fall 2021. The study also investigates the instructor-experienced challenges relating to this pedagogical stance.

Any higher education instructor who used flipped classroom for at least three semesters including Fall 2021.

You will be asked to participate in two interviews totaling 90 minutes.  In the first 30 mins interview, I will ask some general questions on your teaching philosophy and motivation to adopt flipped classroom. During the second 60 mins interview, I will ask questions specifically about your experience in design and delivering the flipped classroom. A syllabus and two representative instructional handouts will be collected to prepare for the follow-up interview.
