Study Title: Perceptions of Empathy for Users Through Personas in the UX and Learning Design Communities: A Mixed Methods Study

Attention All User Experience Designers and Learning Designers!
(Learning Designers can include roles such as Instructional Designers (ID), Learning Experience Designers (LXD), and related titles.)

Your insights as designers are highly valued and needed for this dissertation study. The purpose of this study is to better understand your perceptions of empathizing with users through personas, in hope of gaining new insights into the use of personas in the design process.

Your voluntary participation could help to shed light on this topic. You would also be contributing to shared knowledge among UX and learning design professionals helping to improve best practices within both education and industry.   If you participate in the survey you might be asked to participate in an interview.
