Outstanding Research and Theory Division-Sponsored Accepted Student Proposal

Purpose:
This award is given annually to honor a Research and Theory Division-sponsored convention proposal submitted by a graduate student that demonstrates research and contributes to the educational communications and technology field. Proposals must be either a completed research study, a description of an innovative methodology or use of an innovative methodology, or a theoretical paper. Research in-progress will not be considered for this award. The recipient will be recognized at the Research and Theory Awards ceremony to be held during the AECT International Convention.
Nomination Procedures:
Among the accepted Research and Theory sponsored concurrent proposal presentations with a student as the first author at the time of submission, one proposal will be selected by the Research and Theory Division Convention Planner (President-Elect) and confirmed by the board.
