Outstanding Research Paper Award
 

Purpose:
The Outstanding Research award is presented for outstanding organizational training and performance research that expands the knowledge base of the field.

Eligibility:
Open to all members of the Division of Organizational Training and Performance. Research may be conducted by individuals or teams.

Review Criteria:
Research is evaluated on: theoretical foundations; the research problem; research outcomes; relevance to the field of organizational training and performance; conclusions and next steps
