Best Practice Award
 

Purpose:
The Best Practice Award recognizes outstanding application of organizational training and performance research and theory in a practical setting.

Eligibility:
Open to all members of the Division of Organizational Training and Performance. Best practices may be created by individuals or multiple contributors.

Review Criteria:
Best Practice Awards evaluate: description of the practice(s); needs and goals addressed; measured results of the best practice(s); transferability of the best practice(s); theoretical basis of best practice(s).

Presentation: Recipients are announced at the AECT Summer Leadership Conference in Bloomington, Indiana, on July 15.
