Rebeca Peacock
Boise State University

Dr. Rebeca Peacock is the Content Delivery Manager for the Online MBA program at Boise State University. Her research focuses on issues in online learning, including competencies, microcredentials, and digital accessibility. As a former academic librarian, much of her work connects theory and practice in instructional design and technology to the field of library and information science. She was formerly a division archivist in the Special Library Association, where she took on a project to digitize all division records. As an AECT member since 2012, Dr. Peacock was a 2020 Lee W. Cochran Intern, serves on the Leadership Development Committee (LDC), including the first-timers subcommittee three times (once as chair), was the Graduate Student Assembly’s (GSA) representative to the Division of Distance Learning, and has served as a convention volunteer multiple time. In addition, she received a presidential service award for her work with the 2020 virtual convention. Rebeca would be honored to continue working with DDL board members on the great initiatives already in place and the future ones sure to come.
