I am excited to run for the position of Board Director in the division of Systems Thinking & Change! I earned my Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies (ISLT) from Florida State University (FSU) in 2021. I am currently the librarian for the College of Education at FSU and an adjunct professor in the ISLT department. My research interests include the effectiveness of change management strategies, aligning performance improvement evaluation with change management models, and incorporating traditional instructional design models into modern instructional practices. I also enjoy hosting the Trends in IDT website and database with Dr. Logan Arrington and Dr. Alison Moore!
