Eric is an Assistant Professor and Director of Instructional Design and Technology within the Libraries at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. In addition to overseeing a team of instructional designers and educational technologists that provide instructional support and training for faculty, Eric teaches and advises students in Educational Technology within the Learning, Technology, and Leadership Education (LTLE) Department within the School of Education at JMU.
