Rouhollah Khodabandelou
Sultan Qaboos University


Dr. Rouhollah Khodabandelou was born in Iran. He is Assistant Professor at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. He received his BA and MSc from Arak University, Iran. Rouhollah completed his PhD in the field of Educational Technology at UPM, Malaysia. His research interests lie in technology implementation in education, ICT and multimedia in education, community of inquiry, social, teaching, and cognitive presence. In recent years, he has focused on online and blended learning environments, research tools and data analyzing software such as SPSS and Amos. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines such as HRD, educational psychology, particularly curriculum and instruction. He has published numerous journal articles in the field and has presented several papers in international conferences. Dr. Rouhollah also served as international conference program committee, journal reviewer, conference reviewer, and newsletter contributor. Rouhollah has taught computer applications in education, production and application of instructional materials, selection and utilization of instructional materials, production of instructional films and other related courses on undergraduate programs.
