Meina Zhu

I am Meina Zhu, a doctoral candidate in the Department of Instructional Systems Technology (IST) at Indiana University-Bloomington (IUB). She holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology from Beijing Normal University in China. She is one of the program committee members of Open Education 2019 and HKAECT2019. She served as one of the office members of SICET from 2016-2017. In that role, she helped update website and run the social media channels for SICET. Her research interests include self-directed learning, online instructional design, open education and MOOCs, active learning, learning space design, mobile learning, and computer science education.
