Chunli Wang

I started my Ph.D. study from 2015 in East China Normal University, Shanghai, China. My research focuses on the collaboration competency development in CSCL context, especially and how to help teachers improve their pedagogy for teaching 21st century competency. I have presented some works in international conferences such as AECT convention (Association for Educational Communications and Technology) and have SICET/AECT best paper award (student). Now I am a visiting scholar in U.S and serve as an apprentice reviewer for Educational Technology Research and Development here. Before this, I was an assistant professor at a university for three years. My responsibility was to teach undergraduate-level classes in instructional technology and design. I also had grants from state and university for researches related with CSCL.

The main reason I wish to be AECT GSA member is that I want to server to AECT. As I particapted AECT twice, I have experienced the good academic atmosphere in this community. It provides platform for young Ph.D. to grow and develop. It's really enjoyable to communicate with experts and peers. I am sure I will contribute to AECT GSA.
