My willingness and ability to formally serve in positions of community and leadership is evidenced in time time as a volunteer with GSA, my current position within GSA, my time as president of my department's student organization and my tenure as president of Oklahoma State University's Graduate and Professional Student Organization. My goals as a leader in these organizations has been to support board members in fulfilling the vision they have for their positions, facilitate graduate student community it and engagement, and provide for smooth leadership transitions. I am active in formal service roles by assisting local organizations and schools with instructional design and educational technology needs. I look forward to continuing this work with my colleagues in GSA.
